石油钻机供电系统的无功优化

摘要:石油电驱动钻机从发电环节、交直流调速环节、控制环节到最后用电环节,都存在着大量的无功功率负荷。钻机电控系统无功优化控制主要是通过调整发电机的端电压、变压器分接头位置、无功补偿设备等手段来实现无功功率平衡。在保证钻机电控系统满足运行的同时,用尽量少的无功投入,最大限度地改善电压质量、降低网损,达到能耗最小、运行费用最小的目的。

Abstract:Petroleum electric drive drilling rig from the power generation sector, the AC and DC speed link, control link to final electricity link, there is a large number of reactive power load described herein rig electrical control system reactive power optimization of control by adjusting generator terminal voltage, transformer tap position, reactive power compensation equipment and other means to achieve the balance of reactive power. Guarantee rig electrical control system to meet the running at the same time, the exhaustion of less reactive input voltage to improve quality, reduce network losses, to minimize energy consumption and running costs minimal purpose.
