风机轮毂工装翻转强度有限元分析

摘要:为校核风机轮毂工装的强度,将其起吊和翻转过程简化为七种工况,利用有限元分析软件对其进行强度校核。分析表明,随着翻转角度的增加,最大等效应力和最大变形都会增大,最大等效应力发生在主吊座上,最大等效变形发生在吊环吊板上。由于受力条件的影响,在翻转角度较小时,最大等效应力会出现先减小后逐渐增大的现象。这是由于竖直起吊时只有主吊座受力,当开始翻转后,两个吊环也承受了一部分力,整套工装由一个吊点变成三个吊点。结果表明,轮毂工装强度满足设计要求。

Turn-over strength analysis of hub lifting frame of wind turbine

Abstract:In order to check the strength of hub lifting frame of wind turbine, FEA soft is used to calculate the strength of hub lifting frame by simplifying the process of lifting and turn-over into 7 kinds of condition. The results show the maximum values of equivalent stress and total deformation increase with turn-over angle. The maximum equivalent stress occurs at main lifting support, and the maximum deformation occurs at lifting plates of lifting rings. Because of the influence of load condition, the maximum value of equivalent stress will decrease first and then increase when the angle of turn-over is small. In detail, when the hub is lifted in the direction of vertical, only main lifting support bears the weight of hub, but when turned-over, two lifting rings also bear part of the load, the lifting points of whole lifting frame become to 3 form 1. All results show the strength of hub lifting frame meets the design requirement.
