面向战略匹配的企业文化评价研究

摘要:企业文化与企业战略的科学匹配是指导组织形成科学治理的一种重要途径。针对企业文化与企业战略匹配的问题,首先提出面向战略匹配的企业文化评价模型;其次,对战略驱动管理理念与组织治理理念进行分析研究,并结合卓越绩效管理体系,构建面向战略匹配的企业文化评价指标体系;然后,采用栅格-模糊Borda数与指数扩散相结合的评价方法,综合考虑不同主体对评价因素权重的影响,对因素权重差异进行处理,以解决指标权重、综合评价问题;最后,通过实例分析A公司面向战略匹配的企业文化评价过程,验证了该方法的可行性、有效性。

Study on strategic alignment oriented corporate culture assessment

Abstract:The scientific matching of corporate culture and corporate strategy is an important pathway to guide the organization to form a scientific governance. For the alignment of corporate culture and strategy, a oriented culture and strategic alignment model(CSAM) is first proposed to solve the problem; Secondly, a strategic alignment oriented corporate culture assessment index system is set up based the study of strategy-driven management philosophy, scientifically organizational governance and Performance Excellence Model; And then, the index weights and comprehensive assessment are solved by the Grid-Fuzzy Borda Number and diffusion index method considering the impact of the different main evaluation factors empowerment which is well handled; Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the model has been verified in a case application.
