激光熔覆镍基涂层多碰失效研究进展

摘要:介绍了激光熔覆镍基涂层多碰失效形式及失效特征,综述了激光熔覆镍基涂层的三种制备方法、多碰的实验研究方法。基于激光熔覆涂层多碰的国内外研究进展,对激光熔覆镍基涂层多碰研究提出了方向。寻找小能量多碰抗力的方法,低能量多碰载荷下涂层研究以及更高级的实验分析设备将是未来多碰研究的方向。

Research progress in the failure of the laser cladding Ni–based coatings on the repeated impact load

Abstract:This paper reviewed the failure forms and failure characteristics of the laser cladding Ni–based coatings on the repeated impact load. It reviewed three preparation methods of the laser cladding Ni–based coatings and research method in the lab. Based on the research progress in the failure of the coating at home and abroad, some research direction were put forward, such as Looking for methods of low energy resistance, with low energy loads repeated impact of coatings, and more advanced equipment experiment.
