模座加工工艺研究

摘要:对用户提供的图纸进行分析和设计,寻求合理的加工高精度、高硬度材料的工艺。通过对模座的材料、精度及结构的特点进行分析,根据实际在汽车生产中的具体使用情况,修改了客户提供的模座图纸的一些不尽合理的要求,例如螺纹孔的处理等;对模座的淬火变形情况作了试验,结果变形量完全可以满足使用的要求;设计了专用的刀具,例如CBN刀具;并在孔精加工中使用铣刀替代铰刀,减少了过程中的孔尺寸的收缩:确定工序间余量:两次时效去应力。

The tudy on processing technology of mold base

Abstract:In this paper, the process of analysis and design drawings provided by the user, to seek reasonable precision machining, high hardness material. Based on the characteristics of materials, precision mold base and structure analysis based on actual automobile production use, modify customer-supplied drawings of the mold base is not reasonable requirements, such as threaded holes processing; quenching distortion of the mold base were tested, and the results can fully meet the requirements for use of the amount of deformation; design a dedicated tool, such as CBN tools; to use cutters alternative reamer in the hole finishing, reducing the size of the hole in the process contraction: determine the margin between process: two aging to stress.
