参数优化技术在汽车车架轻量化中的应用

摘要:对重型汽车车架轻量化进行了研究,首先应用Radioss对车架进行转弯、制动、扭转等多工况分析,获得车架优化前刚度、强度等力学性能。然后在此基础上应用HyperStudy对车架进行DOE分析,得到车架纵横梁厚度对其质量、刚度等响应的影响,进而以车架厚度为自变量,车架质量最小化为目标函数,在保持车架性能不变的前提下,采用自适应响应面优化算法应用HyperStudy对车架进行优化分析。优化结果表明,优化后车架部分纵横梁厚度减小,车架质量降低,轻量化效果明显。

Abstract:On the lightweight design of automotive frame for research,This paper first using radioss presents the stiffness, strength and other mechanical properties of a frame that obtained from calculating the heavy-duty truck under multiple loading conditions. using Hyperstudy DOE be following based on the result of analyses, we receive the fact that thickness of the longitudinal and transverse beams impacting on mass, stiffness and other response. and then making frame thickness as variables and making minimizing the frame mass as objective function ,the frame is optimized using the adaptive response surface method algorithm of Hyperstudy software under keeping the same frame performance. The result shows that the weight of frame is reduced, and the effect of lightweight is obvious.
