基于F-AHP的企业培训管理能力评价研究

摘要:为了对企业培训管理能力进行准确客观的评价,在简述企业培训管理体系要素的基础上,构建了企业培训管理能力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,并结合模糊综合评价法对企业培训管理能力进行评价,根据评价的结果对企业培训管理工作提出有针对性的改善建议,最后,通过案例分析验证了该评价体系的正确性和可操作性。

Research evaluationon training management capacity of enterprises based on F-AHP

Abstract:For evaluating the training management capacity of enterprises precisely and objectively, based on analyzing relevant evaluating elements this paper established evaluation index system, in which, analysis hierarchy process (AHP) was used to determine the weights of appraisal indexes, then evaluated the training management capacity of enterprises combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and proposed targeted improving advice according to evaluation result; and lastly, a case was studied to verify the validity and operability of this appraisal system.
