滑移门止动弹簧松动异响研究

摘要:某新型微型车滑移门止动弹簧在多次开关滑移门后发生塑性变形,失去弹性,止动弹簧变形造成滑移门开关过程中发出异响。对异响的感知质量问题原因进行了调查。在研究过程中通过抽样分析材料成分及力学性能,简化止动弹簧为片弹簧的结构模型加以计算,对片弹簧进行应力分析,并对实验结果与计算结果对比,在充分考虑满足用户推动滑移门到止动位置操作力小的需求下,提出建议选用调质状态作为止动弹簧材料的热处理状态,同时减小止动弹簧厚度,可以解决弹簧异响问题。

Research of abnormal noise caused by stop spring of sliding door

Abstract:Plastic deformation of the stop spring in sliding door of a mini bus happened after several times use. And thus abnormal noise was generated during the process of opening and closing the sliding door. Sensitivity quality problem of abnormal noise was researched. Material and mechanical properties were analyzed by random sampling. Solution was provided through stress analysis of the stop spring that was simplified to a model of leaf spring. Calculation results were compared with test results. Considering pulling force of operator acted on the sliding door as small as possible, quenching and tempering of the spring material and reduction of thickness of the stop spring are advised to be good solutions for abnormal noise of stop spring.
