大型结构件三维拼接焊缝测量方法研究

摘要:根据大型结构件在自动焊接过程中质量的要求,严格控制焊弧的焦点位置和姿态,尤其是狭窄拼缝时,焊弧焦点中心和拼缝实际中心轨迹不能有大的偏移量;焊弧焦点距被焊件表面要有合适的离焦量。设计了大型结构件三维拼接焊缝测量方法。提出一种灰度累加求和比较法,做了验证试验。实验表明:该测量系统可准确地检测出焊缝形貌的真实边界及实际宽度,能满足实际焊接要求。

Abstract:According to the quality requirements of the large scale structures in the automatic welding process, strictly controlling of welding arc focus position and its gesture, especially for narrow seam, there cannot be a large offset between the welding arc focus center and seam actual center path; a suitable defocus distance is necessary from welding arc focus to the welding surface. We developed a 3D seam stitching measurement methodology for large scale structures with a gray accumulation summing comparative method and conducted the verification test. Experimental results show that the measurement system can accurately detect the real boundary and the actual width of weld appearance; it can meet the practical requirement of welding process.
