摘要:以CRH2型动力车转向架构架为研究对象,将构架分为设计部分(侧梁)和非设计部分(横梁及其附件),在Hypermesh中分别以壳单元和实体单元对构架进行离散化处理。以侧梁的各个焊板的厚度为设计变量,以的总体积为目标函数,以最大的von Mises应力为约束条件,运用Optistruct软件对进行优化设计,实现了减重8% 优化结果。

The optimization design of power bogie frame

Abstract:Based on CRH2 type vehicle bogie frame as the research object, the paper divided the frame into design part (side beam) and the non-design part (translate beam and its attachments), and discrete them with shell elements and solid elements in The HyperMesh. For welding plate thickness as the design variables, to total volume as the objective function, to frame the largest von Mises stress as constraint conditions, using Optistruct software for the optimization design, the paper realizes the optimization result of weight loss of 8%.
