Ф840 mm地铁车轮疲劳强度分析

摘要:以国内某地铁车轮为研究对象,根据欧洲联盟标准BS EN 13979-1: 2003,建立全轮对模型的动态平衡力系,确定了6种不同工况下的计算载荷。建立车轮的有限元模型,通过Ansys软件对车轮在直道、弯道和道岔等工况下的应力及分布情况进行仿真分析。根据EN13262标准和EN 13979-1: 2003标准,分别评价车轮轮辐的径向应力和主应力,结果表明车轮的静强度和疲劳强度均可满足标准要求。

Abstract:Based on a domestic subway wheel as the research object, according to the standard of BS EN 13979-1: 2003, the dynamic balancing forces system of whole wheel-set is built and the loads of six different conditions are acquired. Finite element model of the wheel is established and the stress of the wheel is simulated under cases of straight line, curving and switch crossing. According to the standard of EN 13262 and BS EN 13979-1: 2003, the radial stress and principal stress of the wheel spoke are evaluated. The results show that the wheel satisfies the EN 13262 and BS EN 13979-1: 2003 requirements of static strength and fatigue strength.
