新型直驱式液压转向系统的研究

摘要:现有的装载机转向系统结构复杂,能量实用效率比较低,操作易疲劳,为了改变现有的装载机转向系统的缺点,提出了一种新型的直驱式装载机转向系统,通过直接控制同步交流电机的转向和速度来控制液压系统的转向。通过对该转向系统的研究,在Matlab/Simulink中建立仿真模型对模型进行仿真,仿真结果表明,该液压系统具有良好的运动稳定性。

A new design of direct drive of hydraulic steering system

Abstract:Existing loader steering system structure is complex, energy utility efficiency is lower, operation for driver is too fatigue, in order to change the loader's steering system's existing shortcomings, puting forward a new type of direct-drive loader steering system, through the direct control of synchronous ac motor's steering and speed to control the hydraulic system of steering. Through the study of the steering system, and the simulation model is set up in Matlab/Simulink, the simulation results show that the hydraulic system has good movement stability.
