基于SPWM的电磁力控制方法的研究

摘要:分析了三相交流电磁铁的原理和生成SPWM波形的对称规则采样算法,建立了三相交流电磁铁和SPWM控制的数学模型,提出了以TMS320F2812为控制器、采用事件管理器的3个全比较单元生成三相SPWM波形的方法,并利用三相交流电磁铁输出稳定力的特性,给出了通过调节调制波幅值控制电磁力大小的策略。最后对该方法进行了误差精度分析。

Abstract:The mathematic model of Three-phase electromagnet and the control method of SPWM wave form are established after the analysis of the principle of Three-phase electromagnet and the algorithm of rules sampling which could produce SPWM wave shape. The chip of TMS320F2812 is adopted as the controller, and three whole comparison unit of the EV is used to produce three-phase SPWM wave shape. According to the charter of three-phase AC electromagnet could generate electromagnetic stable force, the method of controlling electromagnetic by adjusting the amplitude of modulation wave. Finally, the accuracy of the method is analyzed.
