过桥齿轮轴定位机构的设计改进

摘要:北京第一机床厂生产的X52K、X53K、X62W、X63W等普通铣床,使用一段时间后,与过桥齿轮轴连接的箱体支承孔易产生破裂,导致整个箱体报废。通过加装六角锁紧螺母或加装紧定螺钉增大紧定螺钉自锁范围以及摩擦力矩,使紧定螺钉达到满足实际工作状态下的锁紧能力要求,控制了过桥齿轮轴的交变负荷冲击箱体支承孔,控制了箱体易破裂的现象。

Abstract:Beijing first machine tool plant production X52K, X53K, X62W, such as X63W ordinary milling machine, use after period of time, and bridge gear shaft of supporting KongYi produce the connection broken, and cause the whole case scrap. Through the hexagonal lock nut or add tight set screws increase for the lock screw tight range and friction torque, which makes it set screws to meets the actual working condition of the lock capacity requirements, control the bridge the gear axis alternating load the impact of supporting hole, control the phenomenon of the easy rupture.
