摘要：油系统是保证火电或核电机组安全运行的关键组成部分，而油涡轮是大型和巨型机组油系统的核心部件，目前国内大都通过进口或引进技术生产获得其产品，而对油涡轮的内部流动机理与设计方法研究较少。根据油涡轮部件的基本结构与工作原理，通过借鉴径流式与冲动式涡轮的设计理论，提出了基于速度三角形与冲量定理建立的油涡轮基本原理模型及其特征方程，找出了其关键影响因素，将其与转轮叶片相对于射流的运动规律相结合，建立了油涡轮的参数化设计模型。在分析油涡轮设计边界条件的基础上，给出了油涡轮的基本设计流程，并利用经过精度验证的性能预测模型，通过设计实例及其产品试验说明了设计方法的可行性与有效性。

Research on oil turbine design method of large-capacity steam turbine

Abstract：Oil system is an important part to ensure the safe operation of thermal power or nuclear power unit. Oil turbine is the core components of oil system for large or giant capacity steam turbine group. Its products are imported or produced through technology introduction currently, but its internal flow mechanism and design method is few studied. According to basic structure and operating principle of oil turbine components, reference to the design theory of radial and impulse turbine, the fundamental principle model and its characteristic equation of oil turbine are established by using velocity triangles and the impulse theorem. Its key effect factors are founded, and the parametric design model of oil turbine is established by combining motion law between blade and jet. Based on the analysis of design boundary conditions, the basic design process is presented. Its feasibility and validity is proved through design example and product test, using performance prediction model of oil turbine.
