现代数控机床的精度分析

摘要:数控机床作为一种先进的高精度工作母机,其主要精度包括几何精度和定位精度,二者精度的高低随机械、电气以及检测元件等因素的变化改变。提高几何精度,必须掌握机床的机械传动原理,正确分析误差来源,结合举例计算,为从设计、安装上提高数控机床精度提供了依据。调整定位精度,需进行测试补偿,选用合理的数据分析标准,通过对比,ISO 230-2标准计算方法更适合于定位精度补偿值的分析。实践证明,定期检调、维护数控机床各系统是恢复与维持数控机床精度的有效措施。

The precision analysis of modern numerical control machine

Abstract:NC machine tool is a kind of advanced high-precision workhorses, its main accuracy including geometric accuracy and positioning accuracy, the factors affecting both are mechanical, electrical and detecting element precision, etc. To improve the geometric accuracy, you must master machine mechanical transmission principle, correctly analyse error sources, combined with example from calculation, provide a basis to improve the accuracy of the machine from the design and installation. To adjust the positioning accuracy, you need to test compensation and choose reasonable data analysis standard, by contrast, ISO230-2 standard calculation method is more suitable for the analysis of positioning accuracy compensation value, recommend domestic enterprises to adopt. Practice proves that the regular inspection and maintenance of various systems of NC machine tool are effective measures to restore and maintain the accuracy of NC machine tool.
