摘要：卷烟企业包装机生产速度越来越高，辅料（盘纸）用量越来越大，盘纸拼接装置实现了盘纸的自动供给。盘纸拼接装置主要由盘纸升降装置、摆动装置、纸盘轴、拼接装置、盘纸存储装置及转向输送装置等组成。盘纸升降装置接收盘纸，摆动装置将盘纸旋转90°至水平工作位置。纸盘轴接收从盘纸升降装置传送过来的盘纸，通过气动与机械结构的巧妙组合实现盘纸的张紧与松开。拼接装置实现新旧盘纸的自动拼接。盘纸拼接装置实现了盘纸的自动供给，降低了劳动强度，提高了企业经济效率。

The design of bobbin paper splicing device

Abstract：As the speed of packing machinery in the cigarette factories goes higher and higher, the consumption of raw materials (bobbin paper) grows steadily. Paper Bobbin Splicing Device just resolves the problem by supplying paper bobbins automatically. This device consists of Paper Bobbin Lifting&Descending Device, Shaking Device, Paper Bobbin Spindle, Splicing Device, Paper Storing Device and Transferring Device. The Paper Bobbin Lifting & Descending Device receives paper bobbin, the Shaking Device rotates it to vertical position., and the Paper Bobbin Spindle strains and loosens the paper through the clever combination of pneumatic and mechanical structure. Then the Splicing Device splices the last and new set of bobbin paper automatically. The Bobbin Paper Splicing Device realizes the function of bobbin paper supplying, which reduces the labour working and increases the economic efficiency in the enterprise.
