红花花序采收装置关键部件的设计及流场模拟

摘要:随着新疆红花种植面积不断增大,人工采摘由于效率低、成本高等缺点已不能满足采收需要,针对红花特殊的植株生理特性,研究设计了一种红花采收装置,该装置利用吹-吸气流相结合的原理,通过吹气流将红花花序与瘦果分离,并在吹-吸气流的综合作用下将吹散的红花收集起来,实现红花采收机械化,可大大提高采收效率。同时,对影响采收效果的关键结构吸花口在SolidWorks软件中进行三维实体建模,并通过CFD前处理软件Gambit进行网格划分,最后导入Fluent软件对该结构进行数值流场模拟,模拟结果表明其结构可完成花序的收集工作。

Design and flow field simulation of the key components of safflower harvest device

Abstract:With the increasing acreage of safflower in Xinjiang, manual harvesting has could not meet the harvest demands due to disadvantages of the low efficiency and high cost and so on.  This article design a safflower harvest device based on the special physiological characteristics of the safflower. It can separate the inflorescences from achenes with the air blast suction and collect them with the theory of air blast-air suction which achieves mechanization of the safflower harvest and can greatly improve the harvesting efficiency. At the same time, three-dimensional solid model of the Xihuakou which is the key structure to harvest was established in the solidworks and did the meshing in the Gambit which is the pre-processing software of the CFD, at last did a flow field simulation in Fluent, the results showed that its structure could complete the collection.
