基于TRIZ和Pro/Innovator平台的石油机械产品创新设计

摘要:针对石油钻井技术中空气钻井工艺施工过程中出现的排砂弯管受冲蚀磨损的问题,利用TRIZ方法,借助于Pro/Innovator计算机辅助创新平台,对项目进行了问题描述、技术系统分析、问题分解、矛盾分析、技术方案评价等一系列TRIZ方法的标准求解分析,最终为该产品的改进设计提供了三条可行的创新解决方案,并进而阐述了利用Pro/Innovator平台求解的一般方法和流程,为石油机械产品的创新设计方法提供借鉴。

Petroleum mechanic product innovating design by means of TRIZ and Pro/Innovator

Abstract:Aim at erosion damage of elbow bend used in the blooie line of air drilling equipment in the oil industry, writer provided three solutions by means of TRIZ method and Pro/Innovator program. TRIZ methods used in the paper include problem description, technology system analysis, problem decomposition, analysis of contradiction, technology scheme evaluation etc. In this paper, writer also has given design steps and ways of petroleum mechanic product by TRIZ and Pro/Innovator.
