加强筋对大口径中心型蝶阀流动特性影响的数值分析

摘要:大口径中心型蝶阀在实际应用中由于需承受较大水压作用,其阀板上往往利用筋板增加强度,从而减少阀板变形。利用流体动力学分析软件,以RANS方程为控制方程,采用标准的紊流模型(k-ε模型)和压力耦合方程组的半隐式方法(SIMPLE算法),研究在100%开度下阀板表面三种典型筋板分布形式(“﹟”形、“◇“形和“//”形)对流经阀门流体流动特性的影响规律。数值计算结果显示,在满足阀板强度要求前提下,采用对称性“//“形筋板分布有利于减少阀门流体阻力和动力水头损失,增加流量。

Numerical analysis on the influence of reinforcing rib on flow characteristic of large diameter central type butterfly valve

Abstract:The plate of a large-diameter centric type butterfly valve is usually equipped with reinforcing ribs to increase strength as to reduce the valve plate deformation for it often withstands big water pressure in practical application. Based on computational fluid dynamic software, RANS equation was solved, the standard k-ε turbulence model and the semi—implicit method for pressure-linked equation SIMPLEC were applied. The influence of three typical distributions of reinforcing ribs (“﹟”shape, “◇”shape and “//”shape) on flow characteristics was considered at 100% opening of valve plate. The simulation results indicate that: the symmetry “//” shape distribution of reinforcing ribs can reduce the fluid resistance as well as valve head loss while increasing the rate of flow.
