轮对卡死救援方案研究

摘要:针对在刚性接触网不能拆除、车辆两侧空间小的约束下,从顶升车体顶升点与转向架顶升点两类情况,分别计算出故障车轮所能顶升到的最大高度,再对车轴抬轮器在现场的几种安装情况的操作难易程度进行了分析、对比,确定出最佳安装方式。最后设计出最优方案:采用JDTW50A型复轨器直接顶升转向架车轴高于120 mm以上,将左右两抬轮器前轮先取下,采用在两副抬轮器之间加装一个可拆装连接杆,使其左右两副抬轮器、连接杆构成一个转向架结构,同时将其推进至故障车轮下面,最后安装先前取下的左右抬轮器车轮。

Abstract:On the condition that the rigid catenaries can’t be tore down and the space on both sides of the vehicle is little. Firstly, from lifting both body and bogie of the vehicle, respectively the maximum of the height that the wheel in problem can be lifted up to can is calculated. Secondly, the several ways of installing the device of lifting wheel are analyzed and compared. Finally the optimal design scheme is selected that Hydraulic cylinder the JDTW50A directly support the truck wheel in problem to height than 120 mm above, the left and right front wheel unit of the device of lifting wheel is taken down, The rest of the device which the left and the right of are connected through a rod is pulled under the wheel in problem.
