超越钻机同步升降液压闭环控制系统研发

摘要:超越钻机中,液压起升要求四缸的同步误差不能超过20 mm,以保证钻机井架和底座在负载分布很不均匀的情况下应力应变值在设计范围之内,以顺利实现钻机的起升和下降,提高钻机移运性,提高钻井效率。

Abstract:For beyond rig series, the required maximum permissible error (MPE) during synchronic rise of the four cylinders can’t go beyond 20mm in order to control the stress strain value within the design range in the case that the mast and sub structure bear extremely uneven load. This is to ensure the smooth rigging-up and rigging-down of the rig and to improve its movability and drilling efficiency as well.
