挤出发泡用超临界二氧化碳供液装置研究

摘要:超临界二氧化碳的环境友好性以及对聚合物的渗透和溶胀能力使得其成为优异的物理发泡剂。二氧化碳的物化性质决定了超临界二氧化碳供液装置必须有很高的要求。从二氧化碳的物化性质着手介绍了挤出用超临界二氧化碳供液装置的工艺流程及设计原理和方法。重点讨论了超临界二氧化碳的发生、注入及计量的方法、设计及过程中的换热计算,并且阐述了此装置的应用前景。

Research of SC-CO2 fluid supply device for extrusion foaming

Abstract:SC-CO2, the environmental friendliness, as well as the penetration and the swelling ability of the polymer, makes it a good physical foaming agent. Physicochemical properties of CO2 determine that the SC-CO2 fluid supply device must have very high requirements. Introduce the technological process, and the design principle, and the method of SC-CO2 fluid supply device for extrusion foaming form the physicochemical properties of CO2. Focus on the occurrence of the supercritical carbon dioxide, a method of injection and measurement, design and the process of heat transfer calculations, And states on the prospects of the application of this device.
