基于MATLAB的多目标齿轮传动优化设计

摘要:针对二级圆柱齿轮减速器,以传动中心距与转动惯量为目标函数,用目标规划法建立了多目标优化设计的数学模型。利用科学计算软件MATLAB的优化工具箱进行了实例的优化设计。现实中对齿轮减速器优化设计的研究主要集中在体积目标函数方面,较少考虑到传动的平稳性。对传动中心距与转动惯量两个目标进行了联合优化,不仅满足了结构紧凑的要求,也提高了齿轮传动的平稳可靠性。

Multi-objective optimal design of gear transmission based on MATLAB

Abstract:For the two-grade cylindrical gear reducer, the mathematical model of the multi-objective optimization is established by goal programming method. The center distance and moment of inertia are objective functions. The optimal design of an example is solved by MATLAB optimization toolbox. Studies on gear reducer are in focus of volume objective function, less about the smooth. The two objectives are considered in this paper. Not only meet the requirement of the compact, the driving smooth and reliability also improved. Calculated results indicate the method is reasonable and efficient.
