光纤陀螺核心器件SLD光源研究

摘要:超辐射发光二极管(SLD)是干涉式光纤陀螺的理想光源。由关键器件转换法可知,SLD光源同时是光纤陀螺的关键核心器件。通过对光纤陀螺(FOG)的工作原理的介绍以及SLD光源的结构特性与工作原理的详细阐述,分析出其在光纤陀螺仪上的重要作用。继而着重说明SLD光源主要特征参数对光纤陀螺性能的影响,指出SLD光源在光纤陀螺应用上的未来研究重点,为未来SLD光源的研制及相关可靠性评估试验等工作研究提供理论基础。

Research on SLD of the core device of fiber optical gyroscope

Abstract:Superluminescent diodes is an ideal light source for interferometric fiber optic gyroscope. Seen by key devices convert SLD light source at the same time is the the FOG key core devices. Through the introduction of FOG works as well as the structural characteristics of the SLD light source works elaborated analysis of its important role in the fiber optic gyroscope. Then highlights the main features of the SLD light source parameters on the performance of FOG, pointed out that the focus of future research SLD light source on the fiber optic gyroscope applications, provide a theoretical basis for the future development of the SLD light source and related reliability assessment test work study.
