轴套加工工艺分析和工装设计

摘要：对轴套的材料特性和结构进行分析，其内六方对边尺寸精度和粗糙度为加工难点。制定合理可行的工艺加工方案。在粗、半精车后线切割出内六方并留少量余量，设计精密推刀推削内六方尺寸，采用定位芯轴定位内接圆精车外圆，并设计弹性套车削端面和内槽，保证了零件的加工满足了图纸要求。

Abstract： The material and structural analysis of the sleeve, the six party on the edge size precision and roughness of the processing difficulty. Making process is reasonable and feasible. In the rough, semi-refined car after cutting out in six sides and small amount of allowance, design precision push knife cut in six dimensions, the positioning core inscribed circle in precision turning, and the design of elastic turning end face and the inner groove, ensure parts processing to meet the requirements of the drawings
