基于Workbench的声系外壳的有限元分析及优化设计

摘要:声波测井仪是石油勘探中最常用的仪器,同时也是测井仪器中强度比较低的仪器之一。随着开采技术和测井工艺的进步,目前水平井测井和存储式测井也越来越多,仪器受力状态由原来的主要受拉力变为现在主要受推力,有时出现声波测井仪器壳体发生弯曲的现象。因此,需要对声系外壳进行优化设计,提高仪器失稳的临界载荷。应用Pro/E软件对声波测井仪器的声系外壳进行实体建模,然后导入Workbench中,进行屈曲分析;通过优化壳体的刻槽宽度和间距,不但提高了声系外壳的临界载荷,而且提高了隔声效率,对提高声波测井仪器的测井质量和可靠性有重要意义。

The FEA analysis and optimization of acoustic system shell based on Workbench

Abstract:Acoustic logging tool is one of the most used Instrument, but it is one of the low intensity Instruments relatively. With mining technology and logging technology development, nowadays, the stress state of the instrument loaded mainly by the tension at first becomes the main propulsive force as the horizontal well logging and storage type logging is increasing, for the reason that the acoustic system shell was bent sometimes. For improving the critical load of the tool, the design of acoustic system shell is needed to optimize. At the paper, the solid model of the acoustic system shell is modeled using the Pro/E, and then the model is analyzed for buckling using the Workbench. The critical load and sound insulation efficiency are improved by the optimization of the groove width and spacing, it is important to improve the acoustic logging instrument of logging quality and reliability.
