蛇形弹簧联轴器齿形结构研究

摘要:蛇形弹簧联轴器是广泛用于通用机械场合的一种弹性联轴器,通过半联轴器上的齿与弹簧的相互挤压来传递运动和动力。在分析了蛇形弹簧联轴器的工作情况下进行了基本的齿形结构设计,并对联轴器进行了有限元仿真软件ANSYS Workbench 12.0的静载分析。通过改变齿形结构的参数,对比不同参数下齿形结构的静载分析结果。明显看出齿形结构对于蛇形弹簧联轴器的重要影响,为蛇形弹簧联轴器产品开发提供了理论依据。

Research of the serpentine spring coupling of the tooth structure

Abstract:Serpentine spring couplings are widely used in general machinery applications as a flexible coupling, through the coupling half on the teeth and squeezing each spring to transmit motion and power. After analyzing the serpentine spring coupling the work carried out under basic tooth structure design, and coupling the finite element simulation software ANSYS Workbench 12.0 static load analysis. By changing the parameters of tooth structure, comparing different parameters tooth structure static analysis results. Apparent tooth structure for serpentine spring coupling important implications for the serpentine spring coupling product development provides a theoretical basis.
