基于RFID和Agent的刀具管理方法研究

摘要:针对大规模可定制化生产中离散刀具资源管理不能快速适应生产加工变化、不易动态追踪管理的问题,提出了基于RFID和Agent技术的刀具管理方法。首先介绍刀具管理Agent的概念和功能结构,根据刀具使用流程将刀具管理Agent细分为库存管理Agent、机床Agent等几大组件,然后详细阐述RFID事件处理Agent的内部结构和运行机制,它是处理大量RFID事件的基础,在此基础上分析Agent之间的通信与协调关系,最后构建原型系统,对刀具管理的处理流程进行了分析,证明该方法的可行性。

Abstract:A tool management method based on RFID and Agent technology was proposed in order to solve the adaptability for production change and the dynamic track problems in large-scale customizable production. The concept and functional structure of tool management agent was first introduced, which was, based on tool use process, subdivided into several major components such as inventory management agent, machine agent etc. Then the paper elaborated on RFID event processing agent’s internal structure and operating mechanism, which was the basis of dealing with a large number of RFID events. Then the communication and coordination mechanism among agents was analyzed. Finally, in order to prove the feasibility of the method a prototype system was developed and tool management process flow was analyzed.
