微后坐自动武器采用的迁移式自动机动力学分析

摘要:迁移式自动机改变以往枪机直线后坐方式,将自动武器的后坐能量向下迁移,从而大幅度降低射手后坐感,又减小了枪口跳动。对迁移式自动机进行动力学分析,对其结构中的枪机和平衡配重块进行运动和受力分析;按枪弹发射过程把分析过程分为静力燃烧期、内道时期、后效期三阶段,研究迁移式枪机在火药燃气压力的作用下的后坐情况。经过分析求得到各机构的约束反力、传速比和传动效率和转换质量,得到枪机各个时期的后坐速度和位移。

The dynamic analysis of vector-automatic mechanism used in micro-recoil automatic weapon

Abstract:The vector-automatic mechanism changed the traditional “straightline” design, it overcomes the shock-creating effects of the recoil gas by re-directing the gas’s energy down, so greatly reduce the recoil the shooter feel, reduces muzzle climb. Conducts the dynamic analysis of the vector-automatic mechanism, analyses the bolt and the counter-balancing mass`s motion and loaded force; puts the process of bullet fired into the static burning period, internal trajectory period and after-effect period; studies the bolt’s recoil under the press of powder. Through the above analysis we obtain each part’s constraint force, speed ratio, transmission efficiency and transformed mass, gets the recoil velocity and displacement in each time.
