基于B/S结构的压力容器集成管理及仿真评估系统

摘要:针对压力容器越发突出的安全问题,通过从制造、使用、维护到报废处理的全生命周期的集成管理,采用“规程驱动”的方法来自动生成监控时序表,来实现各环节的自主动态监管。基于B/S网络结构建立压力容器全生命周期集成管理及仿真评估系统,包含承压设备编码操作平台和压力容器缺陷的安全评定与失效仿真平台两个核心模块,实现对承压设备的信息化、规范化、精确化的管理。

Abstract:The security issues of pressure vessels become more prominent. Product life-cycle integrated management and simulation assessment system of the pressure vessel was presented to manage the whole life cycle from the manufacture, use, maintenance, to scrap. And the “procedure-driven” method can automatically generate monitoring timing table, in order to achieve all aspects of self-monitoring and control. In addition, the encoding platform and safety assessment & failure simulation platform were established.
