锅炉循环泵机械密封失效分析及设计改进

摘要:催化装置中锅炉循环水泵因机械密封泄露造成频繁检修,影响装置的正常运行,通过对失效原因进行分析,针对性地对机械密封结构及设计参数进行优化改进,改进后的机械密封成功通过工业运行检验,通过这次改造降低了检修费用、同时提高了公司的检修水平。

Failure analysis and design improvement of the mechanical seal of boiler circulating pump

Abstract:Boiler circulating pump in catalysis unit caused frequent maintenance due to mechanical seal leakage, affect the normal operation of the device, based on the failure analysis, the optimized structure and design parameters of mechanical seal, the improved mechanical seal has successfully passed the inspection of industrial operation, through this transformation to reduce the maintenance cost. At the same time, improves the maintenance level of the company.
