5ZB-2800型压裂泵液力端阀箱改造分析

摘要：5ZB-2800型五缸柱塞泵采用泵体外置盘根盒，在使用过程中存在密封失效和阀箱寿命更换频繁的问题。将阀箱于外置盘根盒设计成整体，不仅能延长阀箱的使用寿命，还减少阀箱安装时间及劳动强度。

Abstract：5ZB-2800 five cylinder piston pump is using body external packing box. In the process of using, the seal always fails and the valve box changes frequently. By design the valve box on the external packing box into a whole, can not only prolong the service life of valve box, but also reduce installation time and labor intensity.
