液体涂料气动搅拌装置的实用性改进

摘要：液体涂料经长时间储放，颜料沉降聚集在液体涂料桶的底部形成大颗粒物，当搅拌不均匀时容易使喷涂的漆层不均匀、易夹杂粗大颗粒物，造成漆膜颜色不一致、粗糙等缺陷。对液体涂料气动搅拌装置的改进，改进后的装置具有操作方便、液体涂料搅拌均匀、使用效果好等优点。

Abstract：The liquid coating after long time storage, existence of pigment settlement gathered in the liquid coating the bottom of the barrel to form large particles, when mixing is not uniform, easy to make the paint spraying uneven, easy inclusion of coarse particles, made into a film color inconsistencies, rough defects. Through the improvement of the liquid coating gas stirring device, it has the advantages of convenient operation, liquid paint mixing evenly.
