钻井泵远控智能高压防爆电磁安全阀的可行性研究

摘要:钻井泵远控智能高压防爆电磁安全阀结构为高压防爆电磁安全阀、逻辑控制器(可固化在电磁安全阀上)、压力传感器和数据线。逻辑控制器根据压力传感器的监测值判断是否超压,一旦钻井泵出口管线压力值大于安全卸压设定值,逻辑控制器立即驱动电磁安全阀开启卸压,卸完压力后逻辑控制器再驱动电磁安全阀关闭停止卸压。此型安全阀远程设置好后可在易燃易爆高压环境中自动运行,无需人工维护,也可远程直接操作,具有比传统剪销安全阀更易操作、免维护和更安全的特点。

Feasibility study of drilling pump’s remote-smart-high pressure-explosion proof-electromagnetic safety valve

Abstract:The structure of the new safety valve is high pressure-explosion proof-electromagnetic safety valve, logical controller (can be fixed on the safety valve), pressure sensor and data line. Logical controller judges the outlet pressure of drilling pump according to the pressure sensor. Logical controller drives the electromagnetic safety valve to relief immediately when the outlet pressure is above setting value and logical controller drives the electromagnetic safety valve to close after relief. This new safety valve can work automatically once set in the flammable、combustible and high pressure atmosphere, without artificial maintenance and  remote operation. Compared with traditional shear safety valve, it can be operated in an easier and safer way, free of maintenance.
