基于CATIA的铁路车辆弯管设计与加工

摘要:随着现代高速列车设计的轻量化、高速化和舒适化,列车部件很多需要空气驱动,车下管路布局相当复杂,很多时候需要用弯管进行连接。目前数控弯管机以矢量弯管理论为基础,采用一管一模方式,加工数据为弯轴转动角度、送轴送进距离、转轴转动角度和弯管下料长度,利用CATIA V5/ Piping Design管路设计模块对弯管进行三维建模和基本加工数据的产生,然后依据加工数据完成弯管机加工程序编制。

Abstract:With the light-weight、high-speed and comfort of the modern trains, more components and parts unit need pneumatic driven. Pipe designing needs lots of bends to connect because that piping layout of the train become quite complex. At present, CNC bending machine based on vector bending theory as a foundation using a tube a mold. The processing data consists of the bending axis rotation angle, shaft feeding distance, the rotation angle of the rotating shaft and the bending length. Three-dimensional modeling is built and processing data is generated. And then, the processing data of the bending processing order is completed in this way.
