摘要：近年来液氮洗冷箱的需求日益增加，根据以往经验介绍如何布置液氮洗冷箱中的管道和布置技巧，以及如何对液氮洗冷箱内的管道进行校核。

Abstract：In recent years, the demand of the liquid nitrogen washing cold box is increasing. Based on past experience, we introduce how to decorate the pipes in the liquid nitrogen washing cold box, and how to check the pipeline within the liquid nitrogen washing cold box.
