二级行星齿轮机构的优化设计

摘要:体积和承载能力是衡量行星齿轮机构优劣的重要指标。在确保承载载荷不变的基础上,以行星齿轮机构体积最小为目标,对行星齿轮机构进行优化,确定目标函数、设计变量及应满足的约束条件,建立了行星齿轮机构的数学模型,然后采用SUMT内点法优化行星齿轮的结构参数。在风电机组二级行星齿轮增速器的实际应用中,该优化设计方案减小了行星齿轮机构体积,降低了制造成本。

Optimized design of two stage planetary gear mechanism

Abstract:Volume and carrying capacity is an important index to measure the quality of planetary gear mechanism. On the base of ensuring the bearing load of the original mechanism is unchanged, as the goal to minimize the volume of planetary gear mechanism, the planet gear mechanism is optimized, the objective function is determined, the variables and constraints are designed, a mathematical optimization model of the planetary gear mechanism is set up, the structure parameters are optimized by using the SUMT interior point method. In the practical application of wind turbine two stage planetary gear accelerator, the optimized design has significant improvement than the conventional ones. It reduces the volume of the planetary gear mechanism, reduces the manufacturing cost.
