海德汉iTNC530系统在五轴车铣复合机床上的应用开发

摘要：根据通用数控系统的开放性及机床实际功能需求，对采用海德汉iTNC530系统的五轴车铣复合机床进行功能开发，以PLCdesignNT软件为开发平台，实现机床车铣复合功能及参数切换调用功能的开发，提高了车铣复合机床的五轴加工功能及机床加工精度。

Abstract：According to the general openness of the system and CNC machine actual functional requirements, making Functional development to the 5-axis turning and milling composite machine tool which use the Heidenhain iTNC530 system, regard PLCdesignNT software as the developing platform for HEIDENHAIN itnc530 system secondary development. Achieve milling complex machine functions and parameter switching function calls. Improving the 5-axis turning and milling composite machine tool 5-axis processing functions and machining accuracy.
