尾裙式EFP成型数值模拟研究

摘要:数值模拟研究了药型罩的直径与装药直径之比D/Dk、药型罩的边缘厚度t以及药型罩边缘倒角β对尾裙式EFP成型的影响规律,获得了形成较佳尾裙式EFP的上述三个参数取值范围分别为:D/Dk为0.96~0.98、t为0.002~0.0025 Dk、β为45°~50°。

Effect of liner configuration parameters on the formation of EFP with fins

Abstract:Numerical simulation was adopted to analyze the influence of the configuration parameters of arc-cone liner - diameter, edge thickness and edge chamfer of liner on the formation of EFP, the simulation results show that the performance of EFP is better when the liner’s to charge diameter is between 0.96 and 0.98,edge thickness is between 0.002 and 0.0025 of charge diameter,and edge chamfer is between 45°and 50°。The simulation results can offer references for the further study of shaped charge.
