摘要:旋转旋流离心机主要由加速器、转鼓、左右端盖、支撑系统和密封系统组成,这种离心机把旋转离心力场和旋流离心力场有机结合起来,分离强度大大增加,分离效果显著改善,是固夜分离的理想设备。以旋转旋流离心机中流体的流动及固相粒子在液相连续介质中的沉降规律为基础,在“层流”流态下,推导出旋转旋流离心机生产能力指数、按悬浮液计的处理量及分离粒度的计算式,并通过实例进行了计算。

The production capacity exponent of rotating cyclone centrifuge

Abstract:A rotating cyclone centrifuge is comprised of accelerator, rotating drum, end covers, supporting system and seal mechanism. The centrifuge has high separating ability by combining rotating centrifugal field with the cyclone centrifugal field. Supposed the fluid in the drum as the laminar flow state and based on the subsidence laws of solid particles in liquid continuous media, the equations of production exponent, treatment capacity and separating particle size of the rotating cyclone centrifuge are derived and calculation example is presented.
