基于SolidWorks的造船门式起重机小车快速设计系统研发

摘要:为了实现造船门式起重机小车的快速定制,在对其结构、组成、原理及设计方法的研究基础上,以Solidworks2007为开发平台,VC++为开发工具,Access2003为后台数据库,开发了一套门式起重机小车快速设计系统,并实现了该二次开发程序与Solidworks的无缝集成。该系统可有效支持小车零部件的自动选型,参数化建模及自动装配等一系列设计过程,减少了小车的重复设计,提高了设计效率。

Rapid design system development of shipbuilding gantry crane trolleys based on SolidWorks

Abstract:In order to realize the rapid customization of the shipbuilding gantry crane trolleys, based on research of the structure, composition, principle and design method of the trolleys , a parametric design system of grantry crane trolley is developed with SolidWorks 2007 for the development platform, vc + + as a development tool and access2003 for background on data management. and the seamless integration of the secondary development program with SolidWorks is implemented. The system can support a series of design process of automatic selection, parametric modeling and automatic assembly effectively, which can reduce the repeated labor and improve the design efficiency.
