磁悬浮列车模型及其测力装置的设计

摘要:依据磁悬浮列车的结构与受力机理,在实验室环境下设计出一套磁悬浮列车模型以及测力装置。介绍了磁悬浮列车的运行原理并分析了其结构受力情况。确定了圆盘状旋转电机轨道与弧状列车模型的设计方式。选择了卧式六分力的测力模型,通过多个弹性应变片式传感器的一维组合测量了磁悬浮列车三个方向的受力情况。成功地模拟了现实环境下磁悬浮列车的运行状态并且测出了列车的受力变化,满足了设计要求。

The design of the maglev train model and the related load measuring device

Abstract:Based on the structure and load mechanism of maglev trains, a maglev train model and the related load measuring device are designed in the laboratory environment. The operating principle of maglev train is introduced and the loads of the structure are analyzed. The design approach of disc-shaped rotary motor and arc model train is identified. The horizontal six-component load measuring model is selected, and the loads in three directions of maglev train are measured by some elastic strain sensors which are combined in one-dimensional plane. The operating status of maglev train under realistic environment is successfully simulated and the load variation of the maglev train is successfully measured, and the design requirements are met.
