地铁车辆受电弓故障分析

摘要:以南京地铁2号线车辆为例,针对车辆受电弓常见的上框架出现裂纹和碳滑板出现异常磨耗的问题进行分析。得出导致上框架出现裂纹的原因主要是焊接质量问题和网线的异常冲击问题,碳滑板出现异常磨耗的原因是由于受电弓碳滑板与接触网之间受流工况的不同,导致碳滑板在使用中会出现断裂、剥离、掉块、裂纹、灼烧、偏摩等异常问题。提出了针对受电弓上框架出现裂纹和碳滑板异常磨耗问题的故障处理以及预防和整改措施。保障列车的安全运营,确保服务质量。

Analysis and processing of metro vehicle pantograph fault

Abstract:This paper taking Nanjing subway line 2 for example, analyzes the cracks of the vehicle pantograph framework and the abnormal abrasion problems of carbon skateboard. It is concluded that the cause of framework cracks is mainly welding quality problems and cables abnormal impact problems, but the cause of abnormal wear of carbon skateboard is the different working conditions of carbon skateboard and catenary, which leads to rupture, stripping, impellers, crack, calcination, slant abrasion problems. This paper gives the preventive and corrective measures of the cracks of the pantograph frame and carbon skateboard abnormal abrasion problem, ensuring the safety of the train operation and the quality of service.
