凸轮从动件运动规律的通用修正方法

摘要:为改善凸轮机构的运动和动力性能,消除运动过程中的刚性、柔性冲击,提出一种通用的从动件运动规律修正方法,导出满足非修正段修正前后运动规律不变,在速度、加速度突变处给定一修正角的五次多项式或联合运动规律通用方程,并以等加速等减速运动规律修正为例,分析了参数值选取对修正运动规律的影响,确定了获得较小最大加速度的参数优选范围。结果表明该方法是可靠和适用的,是凸轮从动件运动规律修正方法的新尝试。

The general correction method of motion law of cam follower

Abstract:In order to improve the kinematic and dynamic performance of cam mechanism, eliminate the rigid and flexible impact during motion process, an universal correction method of follower motion rule has been provided. The universal expression of quintic polynomial or combined with deformation cycloid motion has been also derived meeting the requirement of motion rule invariant in no fixed period by given a correction angle in the sudden change point of speed and acceleration. The influence of different parameter values in correction motion has been analyzed and the value ranges of optimal parameters are determined obtaining the smallest maximum acceleration by using an example of constant acceleration and deceleration motion correction and solving with MATLAB. The results show that the method is reliable and applicable. It is a new attempt in the motion correction method of cam follower.
