摘要:由于风电齿轮箱传动系统变载变速的特点,使得风电齿轮箱传动系统长期处于较为复杂的变载荷作用下而产生振动,这些振动将会引起齿轮箱传动系统内部结构的损坏。将风电齿轮箱传动系统分解为三级齿轮传动,采用集中质量参数法,在综合考虑齿轮啮合刚度、齿轮啮合误差以及支撑轴承非线性等因素的共同影响下,建立了具有多级齿轮传动的大型风电齿轮箱齿轮-传动轴-轴承系统耦合的非线性动力学模型,利用拉格朗日方程推导了整个风电齿轮箱传动系统的动力学方程,并利用Runge-Kutta对其进行了动力学分析。

Dynamical model of a large wind turbine gearbox transmission system

Abstract:According to the characteristics of varying load, the vibration of wind turbine gearbox transmission is generated in the long-time work, which will cause fatigue in gear system. The wind turbine gear transmission system is divided into three parts, and the lumped parameter method is applied. A coupled nonlinear dynamic model containing gear-shafts bearing for one large multi-stage wind turbine gearbox transmission system is established comprehensively considering nonlinear factors of mesh stiffness, dynamic transmission error, gear mesh, and bearing nonlinear characteristics. The differential equations of system motion were obtained by Lagrange equation.
