基于ANSYS Workbench的汽车主轴瞬态动力学分析

摘要:主轴是汽车的重要零件之一。以汽车主轴为研究对象,在UG中建立汽车主轴的实体模型并导入到ANSYS Workbench中,运用ANSYS Workbench对汽车主轴进行材料属性定义、网格划分以及确定边界载荷条件等完成汽车主轴的有限元模型,然后采用瞬态动力学分析方法对汽车主轴的工作过程进行模拟仿真,获得了汽车主轴在变载荷下的位移云图、应力云图和速度变化图。由仿真结果可以看出汽车主轴在变载荷下的位移和应力变化也很大,为汽车主轴的设计和进一步的改进提供了理论依据。

Transient dynamics analysis of the car spindle based on ANSYS Workbench

Abstract:The spindle is one of the most important mechanisms of the car and the car spindle was taken as research object in this paper. The solid model of the car spindle was established by UG and imported into ANSYS Workbench to define the material properties,mesh the car spindle as well as determine the boundary condition of load and complete the finite element model of the car spindle. Therefore,the transient dynamic simulation of the car spindle working process based on ANSYS Workbench was carried out,and the. The displacement nephogram, equivalent stress nephogramand velocity nephogramof the car spindle under the variable load were obtained in a car spindle work cycle, which can provide a theory basis for the car spindle design optimization and the further improvement of the car spindle.
