精密弹簧片零件校平方法创新与应用

摘要:铁-镍-铬系奥氏体高弹性合金精密弹簧片是高精度传感器的重要零件,在加工过程中校平难度很大。通过对材料性能及加工工艺分析,使用自制校平机对上下两面采用两种不同硬度材料进行挤压成形的铁-镍-铬系奥氏体高弹性合金精密弹簧片进行校平,解决在校平过程中出现划伤、折痕、翘曲、波浪纹和死弯等现象,平面度可达到0.03 mm,即保证了质量,又提高了工作效率。

The innovation and application of leveling method for precision spring piece

Abstract:Iron nickel chromium austenitic high elastic alloy precision spring is an important part of high precision sensor, in the process, flat is very difficult. This paper focuses on material properties and process analysis, using self leveling machine for iron nickel chromium austenitic high elastic alloy precision spring upper and lower surfaces with two different hardness materials by extrusion method of leaf spring for school flat, solve in the leveling process of scratch, creases, warping, wavy lines and bending die phenomenon, and the plane degree can reach 0.03mm, which is to ensure the quality and improve work efficiency.
