整车制动性动态主观评价研究

摘要：主观评价在整车开发中具有重要作用，可以迅速发现问题所在，为研发人员提供客观测量的针对点。重点介绍了动态主观评价在整车制动性开发中的应用，分别从制动效能、踏板感觉、热稳定性、直线制动稳定性、弯道制动稳定性、制动点头、制动抖动、制动噪声等八个方面，详细研究了整车制动性能动态评估的路面条件、评价方法、评价指标与影响因素，并以量化评价的方式提出整车主观评价的绝对分数法，最后结合雷达图综合描述车辆制动性能主观评价结果。

Abstract：The paper describes the importance of subjective evaluation at vehicle development, it can find the problem quickly, provide the view point of objective measurement for the R&D personnel. and introduces the application of dynamic subjective evaluation on brake performance development. Research the road condition, evaluation method, evaluation target and affecting factor of dynamic evaluation on brake performance from eight aspects. Raises absolute rating scale with quantized method, and shows the dynamic subjective evaluation results with relative plot.
