基于TRIZ的消防炮升降塔装置的创新设计

摘要:现有消防炮升降塔装置存在传动效率低、承载力小、自动化程度不高等问题。利用TRIZ理论对现有消防炮升降塔装置进行详细分析,描述设计中的技术冲突问题,进而确定对应的TRIZ冲突矩阵和解决原理,根据解决原理对消防炮升降塔装置进行创新设计,最终确定方案采用液压传动机构实现消防炮升降塔装置的升降,从而实现传动平稳、承载力大、过载保护和自动化。

Innovative design of device of monitor lifting tower based on TRIZ

Abstract:At present, monitor lifting device has some problems as low transmission efficiency, small bearing capacity and low degree of automation. Against this problem, detailed analysis is obtained by the method of conflict Analysis of TRIZ.Then the design technical conflicts are studied in order to find out corresponding TRIZ conflict matrix and solution principles. Innovative designs of monitor lifting device are obtained according to invention principles. Finally, a specific solution by adopting hydraulic transmission mechanism is identified, which will realize stable transmission, large bearing capacity, overload protection and automation.
